What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the compounding labs, ensuring that production schedules are met and quality standards are upheld. You will cultivate a strong culture of safety and compliance, aligning operations with regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include managing resources effectively, optimizing workflows, and implementing best practices to enhance productivity. You will work closely with the VP of Sterile Compounding to develop strategies for scaling the facility and achieving operational excellence. Additionally, you will be responsible for building a high-performing team, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure their professional growth and success.
