You have a strong background in sterile compounding and are familiar with USP 797 and USP 800 standards — your expertise ensures that all sterile preparations are compounded safely and effectively in compliance with state and federal laws. You are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of aseptic technique and cleanroom practices.

You possess excellent leadership skills, enabling you to train and supervise compounding personnel effectively — you understand the importance of fostering a culture of compliance and safety within the team. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively ensures that all team members are aligned with operational goals and standards.

What you'll do

As the Manager of Sterile Operations, you will oversee the daily operations of sterile compounding in your designated Modular Cleanroom Shift — you will ensure that all processes adhere strictly to USP standards and regulatory requirements. You will serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to your team in maintaining compliance and operational excellence.

You will be responsible for training new compounding personnel and providing ongoing education to existing staff — your leadership will help cultivate a knowledgeable and skilled team that prioritizes patient safety and quality in every preparation. You will also document compounding activities accurately, ensuring that all records meet regulatory standards.
