What you'll do
As the Director of Sterile Operations, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the compounding labs, ensuring that all activities align with production schedules and quality standards. You will report directly to the Senior Director of 503B Manufacturing and play a critical role in building a high-performing team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the scaling of the new facility, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
You will be responsible for fostering a culture of excellence within your team, encouraging collaboration and continuous improvement. Your leadership will be key in achieving the company's mission of providing affordable and accessible healthcare solutions. You will also be involved in strategic planning and execution to meet the company's growth objectives.
