What you'll do

As the Lead Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy during the overnight shift. You will ensure that all tasks are completed by team members and assist in the preparation of workflows for the next day. Your role will involve collaborating with the Lead Operations Pharmacist and Lead Clinical Pharmacist to implement effective processes that enhance the efficiency of pharmacy operations.

You will play a key role in training and mentoring pharmacy technicians, helping them develop their skills and knowledge in pharmacy practices. Additionally, you will be involved in the development of evening and weekend workflow documents, ensuring that all team members are equipped with the necessary resources to perform their duties effectively.
