Overview

Hims & Hers is hiring a Lead CRM Analyst to shape CRM strategy and maximize customer acquisition and lifetime value. You'll work closely with the CRM and Data Science teams, utilizing skills in SQL and Google Analytics. This role requires significant experience in CRM analytics.

Who you are

You have a strong background in CRM analytics, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role — you've successfully shaped CRM strategies that drive customer acquisition and enhance lifetime value. Your expertise in SQL and Google Analytics allows you to analyze customer data effectively and derive actionable insights. You are skilled in building reporting dashboards and targeting models, and you understand the importance of incrementality testing and impact measurement across CRM programs.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including CRM and Data Science — your ability to communicate insights and recommendations clearly is key to influencing strategy. You are detail-oriented and analytical, with a passion for leveraging data to improve marketing outcomes. You are also comfortable with ambiguity and can adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

Experience with marketing automation tools and customer segmentation strategies would be a plus. Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and customer journey mapping can further enhance your contributions to the team.

What you'll do

As the Lead CRM Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing customer data to extract insights that inform CRM strategies — your work will directly impact customer acquisition efforts and overall marketing effectiveness.
