You have a strong background in CRM management, with a proven track record of driving customer engagement and satisfaction. Your experience with CRM tools such as customer.io and Twilio allows you to effectively manage campaigns and analyze data to inform decisions. You are data-driven, using insights from platforms like BigQuery to optimize customer interactions and improve conversion rates. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a rapidly growing company. You are also a strong communicator, capable of coaching teams and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve common goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the global CRM strategy for Zefir, ensuring its successful execution across all business units. You will drive the decentralized execution of CRM initiatives, working closely with teams to enhance customer experiences and drive revenue growth.
