Who you are

You have experience in pharmacy operations and are ready to take on a leadership role. As a Lead Certified Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily tasks of your team and ensuring that workflows are efficient and effective. You understand the importance of seamless transitions between shifts and are committed to maintaining high standards of service in the pharmacy. You are detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of pharmacy practices and regulations.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with team members and report to the Lead Operations Pharmacist and Lead Clinical Pharmacist. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and are eager to assist in the development and implementation of workflow documents that enhance pharmacy operations. Your ability to lead by example and mentor team members will be crucial in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. You will assist in the preparation of next-day workflows and help develop strategies for evening and weekend operations. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining a high level of service and ensuring that all team members are aligned with the pharmacy's goals. You will also be responsible for training new team members and providing ongoing support to ensure their success.

You will work closely with the Lead Operations Pharmacist and Lead Clinical Pharmacist to ensure that all pharmacy operations run smoothly. This includes monitoring workflow processes, addressing any issues that arise, and implementing solutions to improve efficiency. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the quality of service that Hims & Hers is known for, and you will play a key part in the pharmacy's mission to provide accessible and personalized health solutions.
