What you'll do

As the Director of Site Quality, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality systems at Hims & Hers' compounding facility. This includes developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance and control systems to ensure that all products meet established standards for quality, integrity, and efficacy. You will lead a team dedicated to quality management, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborating closely with operations leadership, you will promote a quality culture that prioritizes quality by design and continuous improvement.
