What you'll do

As the Director of Site Quality, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality systems at Hims & Hers' compounding facility. This includes developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance and control processes that meet regulatory requirements. You will lead a team dedicated to ensuring that all internally compounded products meet established standards for quality, integrity, and efficacy. Your role will involve collaborating closely with operations leadership to instill a quality culture that prioritizes patient safety and product excellence.

You will evaluate existing quality systems and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes that enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
