You are comfortable working under general supervision and can interact with supervisors to address any concerns that arise. Your proactive approach to maintenance helps prevent issues before they impact production.

You possess a solid understanding of predictive and preventive maintenance procedures, which you apply to ensure the reliability of production equipment. Your technical skills are complemented by your ability to work collaboratively with other team members in the Operations, Engineering & Maintenance Department. You are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency in the workplace.

What you'll do

As a Maintenance Controls Technician, you will be responsible for providing support to the Operations, Engineering & Maintenance Department by applying predictive and preventive maintenance procedures for all critical production equipment in the facility. You will analyze, troubleshoot, and communicate maintenance problems and concerns in various areas, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air compression, and HVAC systems. Your role will involve working closely with other technicians and engineers to ensure that all equipment is functioning optimally and that any issues are resolved promptly.

You will also be expected to document maintenance activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes. Your insights will help shape the maintenance strategy for the facility, ensuring that equipment downtime is minimized and production goals are met. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
