What you'll do
As the Center of Excellence Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for driving process improvements across various sourcing functions, including RX Sourcing, CAPEX Sourcing, and Packaging Sourcing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sourcing strategies and monitor performance metrics. Your role will involve facilitating RFx events and tracking progress towards team and organizational goals, ensuring that sourcing functions align with the company's mission of providing better health solutions.
You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices in sourcing. Your contributions will play a crucial role in the company's growth and innovation in the telehealth space. You will also be responsible for reporting on sourcing performance and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
