You are a strategic leader with extensive experience in procurement, capable of influencing stakeholders and building high-performing teams. Your expertise in defining and executing procurement strategies aligns with business objectives, ensuring cost optimization and risk mitigation. You have a strong track record of developing governance frameworks and policies that drive procurement excellence across various categories. You are passionate about mentoring and developing procurement professionals, fostering a culture of capability building within the organization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with leadership to contribute to the long-term vision for the Indirect Procurement Center of Excellence. You will define global procurement goals and establish policies that ensure consistent adherence across the organization. You will own the Source-to-Contract process, overseeing strategic sourcing and contract management. Your responsibilities will include building governance models to manage procurement decisions and stakeholder engagement effectively. You will lead initiatives that advance digital transformation and responsible sourcing, creating enterprise-wide value.
