You are a highly skilled and detail-oriented project manager with a strong background in quality assurance and regulatory compliance within the pharmaceutical compounding space. You have a proven track record of managing complex projects and ensuring that all activities meet stringent regulatory standards. Your expertise in 503A regulations is complemented by your ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
You possess excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, enabling you to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and compliance. Your experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry has equipped you with the knowledge necessary to navigate the complexities of compounding operations. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of 503A sterile compounding operations. You will ensure that all compounding activities are in full compliance with 503A regulations and quality standards. You will collaborate with various teams to develop and implement new product introductions (NPI) while maintaining a focus on regulatory compliance and quality assurance. Your role will involve coordinating project timelines, managing resources, and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
You will also be tasked with identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Your ability to analyze data and make informed decisions will be crucial in driving project outcomes. You will serve as the subject matter expert on regulatory affairs and quality assurance, providing guidance and support to team members as needed. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a culture of compliance and excellence within the organization.
