What you'll do

As a Senior Program Manager at Hims & Hers, you will lead the development of the Compounding-Operations PMO. You will collaborate with various teams to create and implement strategic tools and procedures that enhance project management capabilities. Your role will involve auditing current processes, identifying inefficiencies, and engineering solutions that drive operational excellence.

You will be responsible for overseeing the execution of projects across multiple verticals, ensuring that project managers have the resources and support they need to succeed.
