What you'll do

As a Founding Product Designer at HockeyStack, you will own the user experience from problem definition to final design. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure that the designs you create are not only visually appealing but also functional and user-friendly. Your role will involve conducting user research to understand the needs and pain points of our users, allowing you to design solutions that truly resonate with them. You will be responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that guide the development process.

You will also participate in design reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the final product aligns with the overall vision and goals of the company. Your ability to communicate your design rationale clearly will be essential in gaining buy-in from stakeholders. As the company grows, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior designers and help establish design processes that foster creativity and innovation.
