Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in data analysis and experimentation, with at least 5 years of experience in a growth-focused role. You excel at using data to inform decisions and have a knack for storytelling with data — translating complex metrics into actionable insights that drive product growth. Your experience includes leading teams and coaching others on best practices for hypothesis framing and experiment design, ensuring that every experiment is well-structured and impactful.
You are proficient in SQL and have hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics and A/B testing platforms. You understand the nuances of product-led growth and are passionate about leveraging data to optimize user acquisition and retention strategies. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product managers, marketers, and engineers to align on growth initiatives and share insights that influence strategic direction.
Your ability to connect product and go-to-market data allows you to identify opportunities for improvement across funnels. You are detail-oriented and enjoy diving deep into metrics to uncover trends and insights that can inform future strategies. You are also comfortable with automation tools that enhance data accessibility and empower teams to make informed decisions quickly.
Desirable
Experience with data visualization tools and creating dashboards to communicate insights effectively is a plus. Familiarity with revenue operations and lifecycle marketing will help you excel in this role, as you will be expected to connect various data points to drive comprehensive growth strategies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the experimentation strategy for Homebase, empowering product managers through coaching and support. You will design and implement experiments that test hypotheses related to user behavior and product features, measuring their impact on growth metrics. Your insights will guide the team in prioritizing initiatives that drive revenue and enhance user experience.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and engineering, to ensure alignment on growth objectives. By connecting product data with go-to-market strategies, you will help shape the narrative around product performance and identify areas for improvement. Your role will involve creating self-serve tools that enable teams to access data and insights independently, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on key performance indicators, providing regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of growth initiatives. Your analytical skills will be crucial in interpreting data and making recommendations that support the company's growth objectives. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of product-led growth at Homebase, driving clarity and focus across the organization.
