You are a strategic and results-oriented marketing leader with a proven track record in driving customer growth. With 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, you have successfully developed and executed acquisition strategies across various channels, including paid and organic. Your expertise in optimizing key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates sets you apart as a data-driven decision-maker.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious growth targets. Your leadership style fosters a performance-driven culture, encouraging rapid experimentation and innovation. You are comfortable leveraging AI tools and automation to enhance marketing performance and scalability.

What you'll do

As the Head of Growth Marketing at Homebase, you will take ownership of the strategic growth initiatives that drive customer acquisition. You will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels, including Meta, YouTube, SEO, and Direct Mail. Your role will involve building and scaling integrated marketing programs that fuel sustainable top-of-funnel growth.
