What you'll do
In this role, you will own and scale Homebaseβs growth engine, focusing on converting visitors into engaged users and paying customers. You will drive the strategy and execution of onboarding and activation experiences, ensuring they accelerate time-to-value for users. Your responsibilities will include defining the product strategy and roadmap for the first 60 days of the customer experience, aiming to maximize engagement and unlock long-term revenue impact. You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to create AI-powered customer experiences and implement automation and personalization features. Additionally, you will track key performance metrics to measure the success of your initiatives and adjust strategies as needed. You will also play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of product managers at Homebase, providing guidance and support to your team.
