What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the design system at Homebase, ensuring that it serves as a robust foundation for all product design efforts. You will architect the infrastructure that allows designers to work efficiently and effectively, creating patterns and tools that can be reused across various projects. Your work will involve setting uncompromising standards for visual design and interaction patterns, ensuring that every component meets the highest quality benchmarks. You will collaborate with product teams to understand their needs and provide them with the resources necessary to create exceptional product experiences. You will also be responsible for continuously refining the design system based on user feedback and evolving design trends, ensuring that it remains relevant and effective. Your designs will set the standard for what exceptional product experiences look like, guiding the direction of Homebase's mobile-first platform.
