Who you are
You have a strong technical background and a customer-focused mindset β you thrive in roles that blend engineering depth with commercial problem-solving. Your experience includes working closely with clients to validate technical capabilities and ensure a smooth transition from discovery to implementation. You enjoy writing code and have a solid understanding of how systems fit together, which allows you to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
You are comfortable with integrations and API exploration β your hands-on experience with technical scoping and proof of concepts enables you to address client needs effectively. You have a knack for leading security reviews and preparing technical documentation, ensuring that all aspects of the project are well-documented and understood by all parties involved.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be the bridge between our Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams β your ability to communicate effectively across departments will be crucial. You will take the lead on responding to RFPs and preparing Statements of Work, ensuring that all technical requirements are met and clearly articulated. Your hands-on approach will involve working directly with clients to demonstrate Hook's technical capabilities and guide them through the integration process.
You will also be responsible for conducting security reviews and ensuring that all technical aspects of the project align with industry standards. Your role will require you to stay updated on the latest developments in AI and Machine Learning, as these technologies are central to Hook's offerings. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that our solutions meet client expectations and drive customer loyalty.
