Overview

Hootsuite is hiring an Account Manager, Scale to maintain relationships with existing customers and drive renewals and upsells. You'll work closely with clients to showcase the value of Hootsuite's products and services. This role requires strong commercial skills and the ability to manage a high volume of accounts.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in account management, ideally with experience in maintaining customer relationships at scale. Your commercial skillset allows you to effectively manage renewals and identify upsell opportunities, ensuring that customers realize the full value of Hootsuite's products and services. You excel in building rapport with clients and are proactive in providing insights that enhance their experience. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and are located within commuting distance of our Toronto or Vancouver offices.

What you'll do

In this role, you will maintain day-to-day contact with a portfolio of customers, focusing on driving customer health and satisfaction. You will develop strong relationships by providing timely answers to inquiries and showcasing the benefits of Hootsuite's offerings. Your responsibilities will include driving renewals, upsells, and expansions in your accounts, while also collaborating cross-functionally to deliver customer value throughout the sales cycle. You will be expected to provide weekly forecasts and maintain account data health, contributing to the overall success of the Scaled Account Management team.
