You have previous experience at a high-growth payments, fintech, crypto, or technology company — you understand the unique challenges and opportunities in the financial technology landscape. Your background includes working cross-functionally with product, risk, and operations teams to deliver outcomes for customers, showcasing your ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
You possess superior written and verbal communication skills — you can articulate complex ideas clearly and build strong relationships with clients. Your analytical mindset allows you to identify product gaps and drive data-driven strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
What you'll do
As a Scaled Account Manager at Bridge, you will own a book of existing accounts and be responsible for expanding revenue — your focus will be on driving measurable expansion across a broad portfolio of mid-market and high-growth customers. You will leverage data-driven strategies and efficient processes to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, ensuring that clients are maximizing the value of their partnership with Bridge.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product and operations, to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs — your role will involve analyzing customer data and feedback to inform product development and improve service delivery. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the services provided.
