Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in an Account Executive role, where you've successfully closed new business and nurtured relationships with small and mid-sized companies. Your experience with inbound selling strategies allows you to identify customer challenges and provide tailored solutions using HubSpot software. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with marketing and technology teams to evolve sales strategies as new features and products are introduced. You are comfortable working from your home office and are adaptable to a flex or remote work model.
Desirable
Experience in the Benelux market is a plus, as is familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your outreach strategies. A background in SaaS sales or technology solutions will help you excel in this role.
What you'll do
In this Mid-Market Account Executive position, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with prospective customers, understanding their unique challenges, and demonstrating how HubSpot can help them grow. You will conduct online demos of the HubSpot software, showcasing its value proposition to potential clients. Your role will involve nurturing relationships with highly qualified leads, ensuring that you consistently meet or exceed your sales quotas. You will collaborate with Business Development Representatives to research prospects and develop effective outreach strategies. Additionally, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to refine sales tactics and adapt to the evolving needs of the market.
