Who you are
You have 3 years of experience in a quota-carrying role, demonstrating your ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently. Your professional fluency in both English and French allows you to communicate effectively with diverse clients. You have a background in complex selling environments, where you've successfully presented and pitched to C-level executives, showcasing your ability to influence high-level decision-makers. Your experience includes managing a monthly and annual pipeline, with a proven track record of accuracy in forecasting. You are goal-oriented and have a history of overachieving on both monthly and annual targets. Additionally, you are trained and/or certified in a standardized sales method, such as Sandler, which equips you with the skills to navigate the sales process effectively.
What you'll do
As a Mid-Market Account Executive at HubSpot, you will be responsible for developing and executing your own annual, quarterly, and monthly territory business plan. You will find new prospects from both inbound and self-sourced leads, running qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders to identify their needs. Your role will involve closing both new business and install base at or above quota on a monthly cadence, ensuring that you meet your sales targets consistently. You will sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders, as well as directly to C-level executives, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex organizational structures. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments to evolve the sales strategy when new features and products are introduced. You will also run online and occasionally in-person product demonstrations, showcasing the value of the HubSpot platform to potential clients.
