You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product, design, and frontend teams to solve end-to-end customer problems. You have a strong understanding of APIs, workflows, and data models, and you are committed to delivering scalable and maintainable code. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and are passionate about enhancing customer experiences through technology. You enjoy mentoring junior engineers and sharing your knowledge with the team.

What you'll do

As a Senior Backend Engineer on the Account & Billing Integrations team, you will own major backend domains and services that power the Account & Billing hub. You will design and implement APIs, workflows, and data models that deliver high-quality, reliable, and secure systems. You will collaborate with product, design, and frontend partners to align on solutions for complex customer problems, such as subscription changes and billing comprehension. You will ship scalable and maintainable backend code, focusing on reliability and performance. You will also participate in code reviews, ensuring that best practices are followed and that the team maintains a high standard of code quality. Your contributions will directly impact the customer experience, making it easier for them to manage their subscriptions and understand their billing. You will have the opportunity to work on cross-functional programs that simplify complex subscription journeys, enhancing self-service capabilities and reducing support dependency.
