Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in data science, where you've tackled complex, high-impact problems and delivered actionable insights that drive business strategy. Your expertise in machine learning and data analysis allows you to frame ambiguous business questions and choose the right analytical approaches to solve them. You are comfortable working independently and have a proven track record of influencing strategy through data-driven storytelling.

You possess strong technical skills in SQL and Python, enabling you to design, build, and deploy sophisticated models such as forecasting and churn prediction. Your experience includes leading exploratory analyses to identify risks and opportunities across various data sets, ensuring that your recommendations are grounded in rigorous analysis. You communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders, making complex data understandable and actionable.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own complex data science problems from start to finish, framing business questions and delivering actionable recommendations. You will partner directly with Customer Success and Sales leadership to influence strategy using advanced analytics and experimentation. Your responsibilities will include designing and deploying models that drive measurable business impact, as well as leading exploratory analyses to uncover growth drivers across customer and operational data.

You will decide independently on methodologies and tools, balancing speed and rigor to ensure long-term scalability. Your ability to communicate insights effectively will be crucial as you present your findings to senior stakeholders, using compelling data-driven storytelling to influence decision-making. You will set and uphold a high bar for analytical quality, ensuring that your work meets the highest standards of excellence.
