What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for Flywheel Sales Agents, you will oversee two teams of engineers, guiding them in building products that empower HubSpot's Sales team. You will be responsible for setting the technical direction and ensuring that your teams are equipped to solve customer problems effectively. You will engage in hands-on development, contributing to the codebase while also managing team dynamics and performance. Your role will involve regular one-on-ones with team members to provide feedback and support their professional development. You will work closely with Product Managers to align engineering efforts with product goals, ensuring that your teams are focused on delivering high-quality solutions. You will also implement processes that promote collaboration and efficiency within your teams, helping them to become more autonomous over time. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the technical vision and ensuring that your teams are motivated and engaged in their work.
