You have a proven track record in solutions engineering and leadership, with experience in developing teams and systems that drive customer success. You enjoy thinking in systems and have a knack for shaping modern selling practices, particularly in high-velocity environments. Your ability to leverage AI and scalable engagement models sets you apart as a leader in this space.

You are passionate about developing people and have experience in onboarding and enabling teams to perform at their best. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and can translate strategy into actionable plans that improve customer outcomes and deal velocity. Your collaborative nature allows you to build trust and influence across various teams, ensuring alignment and efficiency in the PreSales motion.

What you'll do

As a Solutions Engineering Manager at HubSpot, you will lead a team of Solutions Engineers and Associate Solutions Engineers, focusing on supporting Small Business customers across the ANZ region. You will drive scale, consistency, and quality in the PreSales motion, ensuring that your team delivers meaningful impact while remaining efficient and repeatable. You will partner closely with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to shape how Solutions Engineering supports the Small Business segment.

You will build and run a structured onboarding and enablement program for Associate Solutions Engineers, improving their skills and effectiveness in the field. Your role will involve using data to guide decisions, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous enhancement of processes. You will be responsible for translating strategic goals into actionable plans, ensuring that your team is aligned and focused on achieving key objectives.
