Who you are
You have experience in customer service and contract management, ideally with a background in negotiation or sales. Fluency in Dutch or another Scandinavian language, along with English, is essential for this role. You are passionate about creating a great customer experience and have a proven track record in account management and customer retention.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, establishing cooperative working relationships with customers and internal teams. Your problem-solving skills enable you to address customer inquiries effectively, ensuring their needs are met and their investments in HubSpot are maximized.
What you'll do
As a Contract Manager at HubSpot, you will own the customer contract processes and renewals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. You will engage with multiple customers daily, conducting scheduled and ad hoc phone calls to help them maximize their value from HubSpot. Collaborating closely with sales representatives and customer success managers, you will execute the contract renewal process and lead forecasting discussions with internal colleagues.
You will contribute to the growth of the renewal management organization by providing feedback and piloting new processes and playbooks. Your role will involve managing a high volume of account-related tasks, focusing on maximizing customer investment and satisfaction.
