You seek to understand multiple perspectives in any situation, which helps you build strong relationships with customers and internal teams. Prior experience in account management has prepared you to handle a high volume of account-related tasks effectively.
What you'll do
As a Contract Manager at HubSpot, you will be responsible for managing all assigned customer contracts, ensuring that customer inquiries are resolved accurately and efficiently. You will negotiate value-driven renewals and contract changes while maintaining a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your role will involve leading a substantial number of customer calls each month, collaborating closely with Sales Representatives, Customer Success Managers, and Management to execute the contract renewal process. You will also contribute to the growth of the Contract Management Organization by providing feedback and piloting new processes and playbooks. Your ability to establish cooperative working relationships with customers will be key to driving incremental opportunities and maximizing customer investment with HubSpot.
