HubSpot is hiring a Contract Manager to handle customer contracts and ensure a superb customer experience. You'll work collaboratively with customers and internal stakeholders to drive account growth. This role requires fluency in Dutch and prior account management experience.

Who you are

You are fluent in Dutch and English, bringing healthy negotiation or sales experience to the table. You are passionate about creating a great customer experience and solve problems with curiosity and creativity. You seek to understand multiple perspectives in a situation and have prior account management and/or customer retention experience. You show clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

What you'll do

As a Contract Manager at HubSpot, you will be responsible for handling all assigned customer contracts, ensuring the accurate resolution of customer inquiries and the execution of customer renewals. You will negotiate value-driven renewals and contract changes while ensuring a superb customer experience. Collaborating with Sales Representatives, Customer Success Managers, and Management, you will execute the contract renewal process and ensure a positive experience for the customer. You will establish cooperative working relationships with customers and lead forecasting discussions and pipeline reviews with internal colleagues. Additionally, you will contribute to the growth of the Contract Management Organization by providing feedback and piloting new processes and playbooks.
