What you'll do

As a Principal Software Engineer, you will serve as the technical anchor for the Breeze Assistant product line — your role involves defining architectural patterns for AI actions that ensure safe and predictable interactions with HubSpot’s CRM and third-party ecosystems. You will lead rapid experimentation with Generative AI, balancing the need for speed in AI development with the scalability required to support millions of users.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate innovative ideas into production-grade features — your leadership will guide the team in implementing best practices for AI integration and ensuring that the solutions you develop align with HubSpot's brand voice and customer trust.
