What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design efforts for HubSpot's AI concierge, focusing on creating seamless user experiences that guide customers through their lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure that your designs are not only visually appealing but also functional and effective in solving user problems. Your work will involve conducting user research to understand pain points and iterating on designs based on user feedback. You will also be responsible for designing AI-first tools that empower our go-to-market teams, helping them to work more efficiently and effectively.
