What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing AI-driven solutions that enhance customer engagement and streamline processes for HubSpot's go-to-market teams. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define user needs and translate them into innovative design solutions. Your work will involve creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your vision. You will also conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on your designs, ensuring they meet user expectations and business objectives. As a key member of the design team, you will contribute to the overall design strategy and help establish best practices for user experience across the organization.
