What you'll do

As a Senior Contract Manager at HubSpot, you will own the customer contract processes and renewals, ensuring a seamless experience for customers. You will collaborate closely with sales representatives and customer success managers to execute the contract renewal process. Your role will involve engaging with multiple customers daily via phone calls to ensure they are maximizing the value from their investment in HubSpot.

You will lead forecasting discussions and pipeline reviews with internal colleagues, contributing to the growth of the renewal management organization by providing feedback and piloting new processes and playbooks. Your responsibilities will include managing a high volume of account-related tasks, all centered on enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
