Who you are
You have extensive experience in contract negotiation and management, ideally with a focus on technology or software agreements. Your ability to build relationships and mitigate risks is essential, as you will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure compliance and alignment with Esri's business goals. You are a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment, and you possess strong communication skills that enable you to articulate complex contract terms clearly.
You are comfortable handling a high volume of contracts and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all agreements meet legal and business standards. Your experience includes mentoring junior team members, helping them develop their negotiation skills and understanding of contract law. You are proactive in seeking process improvements and are committed to supporting Esri's mission to promote the adoption of ArcGIS.
What you'll do
As a Senior Contract Specialist, you will be responsible for negotiating and managing contracts with U.S. commercial customers and government entities. You will capture the nuances of each deal to align with Esri's sales goals while protecting the company's intellectual property.
