Who you are
You have a proven track record in partner development and management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Your ability to build long-term relationships with partners is key, as you will be managing a book of business consisting of 20-40 HubSpot Solutions Partners in the UKI market. You understand the importance of onboarding and activating partners quickly to maximize their growth and success within the HubSpot ecosystem.
Your experience in driving sourced revenue is essential, as this is the primary metric for success in the Growth Partner Development Manager role. You are skilled in co-selling and have a deep understanding of how to support partners in building their service knowledge and practices. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working with various stakeholders to achieve common goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will independently manage a diverse portfolio of newly acquired partners, focusing on their onboarding and activation processes. You will work closely with Partner Specialists to ensure a smooth transition for partners into the HubSpot Solutions Partner Program. Your responsibilities will include driving partner sales and maximizing sourced Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) through various tactics, including co-selling and enablement initiatives.
You will play a critical role in helping partners achieve Platinum partner status, which involves providing ongoing support and guidance throughout their journey with HubSpot. Your ability to foster long-term relationships will be crucial, as partners typically spend around two years in the Growth Partner Development Manager phase before transitioning to the Core PDM team. You will also be responsible for tracking partner performance and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
