You have a strong background in partner development and management, ideally with experience in the financial services or payments industry. You are an enthusiastic individual who thrives in a cross-functional role, working closely with sales teams to drive partner engagement and revenue generation. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to manage multiple tasks efficiently in ambiguous situations. You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with a C-level audience and influence outcomes positively. A Bachelorโs Degree is required, and you are willing to travel as needed.
What you'll do
As a Partner Development Manager at Stripe, you will be responsible for cultivating and developing partnerships with consulting and technology firms. This role is pivotal in executing Stripeโs global partner programs, which include partner marketing, enablement, and co-selling initiatives.
