You have a strong background in partner development and sales, with a proven track record of managing relationships and driving revenue growth. Your experience in onboarding and enabling partners has equipped you with the skills to help them achieve success in the HubSpot ecosystem. You understand the importance of building long-term relationships and are committed to maximizing partner growth through effective strategies.
You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with partners and internal teams. Your ability to analyze partner performance and identify opportunities for improvement will be key to your success in this role. You are results-driven and thrive in a dynamic environment where you can make a significant impact on partner success.
What you'll do
As a Senior Growth Partner Development Manager, you will manage a book of business consisting of 20-40 HubSpot Solutions Partners in the UKI market. Your primary responsibility will be to onboard and activate new partners, ensuring they quickly reach Platinum partner status. You will work closely with Partner Specialists to facilitate the onboarding process and provide ongoing support to partners as they build their services practice.
Driving sourced Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) will be your north star metric, and you will employ various tactics to achieve this goal. This includes actively selling alongside your partners and providing them with the resources and knowledge they need to succeed. You will also be responsible for monitoring partner performance and implementing strategies to enhance their growth trajectory.
