What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the organizational and analytical pillar of the Workplace Operations team at Hudl. You will manage the global footprint of the company, providing insights into portfolio intelligence and occupancy data that inform strategic decisions. Your responsibilities will include establishing global governance standards and building a comprehensive SOP framework that supports consistent operations across all locations. You will lead various global workplace projects, ensuring that operations are organized, documented, and aligned with company objectives.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices in workplace management. Your role will involve analyzing data to drive decision-making and enhance the overall employee experience. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of workplace initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to meet evolving needs.
