Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as management, industrial engineering, or technology management, and at least 8 years of experience in global operations or subsidiary management. Your background includes a strong understanding of product strategy and business alignment, allowing you to effectively manage KPIs and performance metrics across various entities.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to coordinate with complex stakeholders and multi-regional organizations. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data for strategic decision-making and problem-solving, ensuring that operational standards are met across all subsidiaries.

Your experience includes working with global regulations and compliance, particularly in the context of mobility, smart cities, or autonomous driving technologies. You are adept at navigating regulatory landscapes and developing strategies that align with corporate goals while mitigating risks.

Desirable

Experience in executing strategies within matrix organizations or global subsidiaries is preferred. Familiarity with IT trends in mobility and smart cities will be advantageous, as will any background in policy-driven business development.

What you'll do

In this role, you will standardize operations across domestic and international subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with headquarters policies and processes. You will oversee the operational integrity of subsidiary personnel, organizations, and budgets, addressing key operational issues as they arise.

You will be responsible for aligning subsidiary strategies with the headquarters' product, technology, and business development strategies, managing the KPI framework effectively. Monitoring subsidiary performance and reporting to executives will be a key part of your responsibilities, including implementing corrective actions when targets are not met.

You will manage the overall global entity portfolio, conducting structural analysis, role assessments, redundancy evaluations, and synergy analyses. Planning and executing quarterly entity reviews will be essential, as will managing key risks and performance metrics.

Additionally, you will co-plan subsidiary business strategies and document board and performance reports. You will establish strategies for global expansion, including the establishment and operation of new entities, while ensuring compliance with global regulations such as EAR and ECRA.

You will act as a communication hub between headquarters and subsidiaries, coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and strategic alignment.
