What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the execution of capabilities that enable the effective delivery of top strategic priorities across the organization. You will optimize the Quarterly Planning Meeting framework, ensuring that leaders have a forum to discuss their strategic priorities and any material changes from the prior quarter. Additionally, you will facilitate Leadership Committee meetings, helping executive leaders connect, collaborate, and align on evolving priorities. Your consultative services will be essential in driving success and addressing cross-functional opportunities or concerns.
