What you'll do

In this role, you will lead quality assurance initiatives for Hudl's Applied Machine Learning team, which serves over 230,000 sports teams globally. You will work closely with QA engineers, software engineers, and data scientists across eight squads to ensure that AI/ML solutions meet the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing quality assurance processes, conducting reviews, and providing feedback to improve product quality.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality metrics and establish benchmarks for success. Your role will involve mentoring junior QA engineers and fostering a culture of quality within the organization. You will also be responsible for tracking quality assurance efforts and reporting on progress to stakeholders. As a key member of the QA chapter, you will contribute to the development of best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
