What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the software quality team responsible for the Hudl Focus camera product family. You will drive initiatives to enhance software quality across the entire stack, including on-device applications, cloud services, and mobile apps. Collaborating with cross-functional squads, you will ensure that products meet high standards of reliability and innovation.

You will implement and refine quality assurance processes, focusing on improving how the team builds software. Your responsibilities will include mentoring team members, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a culture of quality within the organization. You will also work closely with product managers and engineers to define quality metrics and ensure that they are met throughout the development lifecycle.
