Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly in driving corporate bookings and building long-term client relationships. Your experience includes developing strategies to capture market share and identifying new business opportunities. You thrive in performance-driven environments and are motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.

You possess strong communication and negotiation skills, allowing you to effectively engage with corporate clients and stakeholders. Your ability to analyze market trends and competitor strategies enables you to position your offerings effectively. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.

What you'll do

As a Senior Sales Manager at Placemakr, you will be responsible for driving bookings from local and national corporate customers. Your primary focus will be on building a portfolio of repeat corporate clients while seeking to expand market share from competitors. You will develop and implement sales strategies that tap into new business segments for group and corporate transient bookings.

You will collaborate closely with the property team to ensure that the guest experience aligns with client expectations. Your role will involve regular analysis of sales performance metrics and adjusting strategies as necessary to meet performance goals. You will also participate in biannual in-person team gatherings to foster collaboration and strengthen relationships within the team.
