Hudl is seeking a User Experience Designer to shape tools for youth sports organizations. You'll focus on user research and design to enhance the experience for athletes and coaches. This role requires a passion for solving real user problems.

You are a User Experience Designer with a strong desire to impact youth sports positively. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to create user-centered designs. Your experience includes conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design solutions. You understand the importance of usability and accessibility in design, ensuring that products are intuitive and easy to use for all users. You are comfortable with design tools and methodologies, and you have a portfolio that showcases your design process and outcomes. You are eager to learn from others and share your knowledge with your team, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
Desirable
Experience with design systems and creating cohesive user experiences across multiple platforms is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced environment will help you succeed in this role. A background in sports or a passion for athletics can enhance your understanding of the users you are designing for.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the user experience of Hudl's products used by thousands of athletes, families, and coaches. You will conduct user research to understand their needs and pain points, translating these insights into design solutions that enhance usability. Collaborating closely with product managers and developers, you will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and business goals. You will participate in design reviews and user testing sessions, iterating on your designs based on feedback to ensure the best possible user experience. Your work will directly impact how users interact with our products, making their experience seamless and enjoyable.
