You are skilled in using design tools like Figma and Adobe XD, and you leverage AI tools for rapid prototyping to explore concepts and accelerate iteration. You have experience designing for desktop, web, and mobile platforms, translating complex product requirements into clear user flows and interaction patterns. You are a champion of user understanding and cross-functional collaboration, working closely with product managers, engineering leads, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and effective user experiences.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design products that solve real problems and deliver measurable value for Unanet's customers. You will be responsible for creating user flows and interaction patterns that are intuitive and engaging. You will take a data-informed approach to your design work, utilizing product analytics and behavioral data to refine your visual and interaction design decisions. You will contribute to the evolution of the design system and visual standards, ensuring consistency and quality across all user experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to ensure that user needs are met and that the final products align with business goals.

You will participate in a culture of experimentation, where you will have the opportunity to share your work early and receive feedback from your peers.
