You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to drive impactful solutions. Your familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform, enables you to deploy applications efficiently and effectively. You are also comfortable using GitHub for version control and continuous integration, ensuring that your code is always up to date and well-maintained.

Desirable

Experience with additional languages such as Clojure or ReScript is a plus, as is familiarity with real-time WebSocket APIs. You have a keen interest in exploring new technologies and methodologies that can enhance the development process and improve overall product quality.

What you'll do

As a Full Stack Engineer at Humaans, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our HR platform. You will be responsible for designing and implementing features that allow organizations to manage employee data, documents, and processes efficiently. Your work will involve collaborating with the product team to understand user requirements and translating them into technical specifications.

You will also be tasked with optimizing the performance of our applications, ensuring that they are scalable and reliable. This includes working with databases like PostgreSQL and caching solutions like Redis to enhance data retrieval and storage. You will participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of our codebase, sharing your knowledge and expertise with your peers.
