Job Description

Who you are

You are an exceptional full-stack software engineer with a product-minded approach — you understand the intricacies of building scalable applications that meet user needs and drive business growth. You have experience in both frontend and backend technologies, allowing you to contribute effectively across the stack. Your proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Node.js enables you to create seamless user experiences while ensuring robust server-side functionality. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. You are passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex problems and improve operational efficiency.

Desirable

Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture is a plus — you understand how to design systems that are both scalable and maintainable. Familiarity with agile methodologies will help you adapt quickly to changing requirements and deliver value iteratively. You are open to learning new technologies and frameworks as needed to enhance your skill set and contribute to the team's success.

What you'll do

At Omnea, you will play a key role in scaling our AI-native procurement platform — your work will directly impact how enterprise businesses operate by streamlining procurement processes. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features that enhance user experience and drive engagement. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing frontend components using React, as well as building and maintaining backend services with Node.js. You will also be involved in code reviews, ensuring best practices are followed and mentoring junior engineers as they grow in their roles.

You will participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and monitoring — your contributions will help us maintain our high standards of quality and performance. You will work on optimizing existing features and identifying opportunities for improvement, ensuring that our platform remains competitive in a rapidly evolving market. Your insights and feedback will be invaluable as we continue to innovate and expand our offerings.
