What you'll do

As a Contracts Manager at Narmi, you will play a crucial role in the Counsel team, reporting directly to the General Counsel. Your primary responsibility will be to review, analyze, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, ensuring that they meet the needs of the business while protecting the company's interests. You will oversee the contract management system, ensuring that all contracts are properly documented and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

You will collaborate with leaders across the organization, particularly in Sales, Partnerships, and Operations, to understand their needs and provide guidance on contract terms. Your expertise will help facilitate smooth negotiations and ensure that all parties are aligned on expectations. You will also be responsible for monitoring contract performance and compliance, identifying any areas for improvement or potential risks.

In addition to contract negotiation, you will contribute to the development of best practices for contract management within the organization. This includes creating templates, guidelines, and training materials to support your colleagues in understanding contract processes. You will also stay informed about industry trends and legal developments that may impact the company's contracts and operations.
